The Problem

You're smart. You know what's happening. And in the moment — when the thing fires — you can't stop it anyway.

Someone says the thing. Or does the thing. Or looks at you a certain way. And before your brain has registered a decision, you're already reacting. Defending. Shutting down. Overcompensating. Saying something you'll replay for the next three hours.

You've analyzed it. You've talked about it. You may have even cried about it. And the next time the cue shows up, the exact same thing happens again.

That's not a character flaw. That's an anchor.

What staying the same costs:

  • The conversation after the conversation — where you try to repair what you said in the moment
  • The mental energy spent managing situations you can't stop reacting to
  • Being a different person under pressure than you are the rest of the time
  • The growing suspicion that you should have figured this out by now

You don't need more insight. You need the reset.

Here's What's Actually Happening

Why everything else didn't stick.

At some point in your past, a specific experience wired a specific emotional response to a specific cue. Your nervous system learned: when THIS happens, do THAT. It doesn't ask for permission. It doesn't consult your prefrontal cortex. It just fires.

That's what a trigger is. Not a sensitivity. Not a wound you haven't healed. Not evidence that something is wrong with you.

A conditioned response. An anchor that got set without your consent.

Most approaches ask you to understand the reaction, breathe through it, or reprogram your thoughts over time. None of those touch the wiring. They add a layer on top of it. Which is why, under enough pressure, the layer comes off and the same old response fires anyway.

The Anchor Reset works differently. It goes after the structure of the response itself — the submodality blueprint, the conditioned cue-response wiring — and uses a proven NLP process to collapse the old anchor and install a new one.

The result isn't that you get better at managing the reaction. The result is that the original cue stops producing the original response. Because the wiring changed.

This is the process I've used with leaders, executives, and coaches for over 20 years. I'm Tom Hoobyar's daughter. NLP is in my lineage. And after watching people run this process, I've seen the pattern stop being a pattern.

What's Inside

When the Trigger Loses Its Grip

Four core modules. Less than 60 minutes. A process you complete in one sitting.

Module 01 · 8-10 minutes

You're Not Triggered — You're Anchored

The reframe that changes everything. You'll learn the mechanistic understanding of what a trigger actually is — and why "I was triggered" keeps you stuck in a passive relationship with your own nervous system. This isn't motivation. This is mechanics.

"The trigger isn't the problem. What the trigger is connected to is the problem."

Module 02 · 10-12 minutes

Read the Architecture

Before you can change a response, you have to understand its structure. This module takes you through a precise submodality inventory of your specific trigger state. Where does it live in your body? What does it look, sound, and feel like? What's fixed, and what moves?

This is diagnostic work. Not emotional processing. There's a difference — and it matters for what comes next.

Module 03 · 15-18 minutes — This is the one.

The Collapse

This is the Anchor Reset in action. You'll build a counter-anchor in a strongly resourceful state, fire both anchors simultaneously, and test the original cue. Then you'll run an ecology check — because sometimes part of you will object to a change, and that objection is information worth having.

Come ready to run the process, not just watch it.

Module 04 · 8-10 minutes

Install the New Response

After the collapse, there's still the habit of the old language and the old story. This module future-paces you through life without the old grip — and installs the specific language shift that holds the work permanently.

From "I was triggered" to "I noticed..."

That's not just a vocabulary swap. That's an ownership move. And it's what makes the rest of the work stick.

Is This for You?

Let's be real.

This is for you if:

  • You've done personal development work and the pattern is still there under pressure
  • You know what to do in a hard conversation. You just can't make yourself do it in the moment.
  • You're tired of being the version of yourself that shows up when things get hard
  • You want an actual process — not a framework to think about, but something you run
  • You can give yourself less than 60 minutes and you're willing to do the work in that window

This isn't for you if:

  • You're looking for a course to add to a pile of unfinished courses
  • You want to understand your triggers better without actually changing them
  • You're in active crisis and need professional mental health support — this isn't that

If the first list sounds like you, keep reading.

Common Questions

Let me answer the real ones.

Do I need any background in NLP?

No. The course explains the mechanism in plain language before you run any process. The worksheet walks you through each step. You don't need to know the terminology — just follow the prompts.

How long does this actually take?

Under 60 minutes for all four core modules, including worksheet time. The bonus audio is another 10-15 minutes. This is a single-sitting course — not something you chip away at over months.

What if I've tried things like this before and they didn't stick?

Most approaches address the symptom. The Anchor Reset addresses the wiring. If you've done insight work, emotional processing, or cognitive reframing and the reaction still fires — this works on a different level. Run the process and test the cue. You'll know by the end of Module 3.

What if the collapse only partially works?

Some triggers are compound anchors — several layers deep. If one pass reduces intensity without fully clearing it, that's information, not failure. Most people clear in the core course. A few need to go deeper.

Is this self-paced?

Yes. Access is instant. Each module includes a worksheet you complete before the next module unlocks — not to slow you down, but to make sure you arrive at each step with what you need.

What's your refund policy?

This course works. If you do the work in all the Modules, and something isn't landing, reach out. We'll work with you directly to get you through it.
What we don't do is refund for buyers who didn't complete the process, changed their minds, or decided $27 wasn't worth their time to find out. The price is low enough to be a real-life decision. We trust you made one.

Here's the thing.

You're not trying to become a different person. You're trying to have access to the one you already are — under pressure, not just on a good day.

This is the kind of work that sounds big until you do it. Then it sounds obvious. The mechanism isn't complicated. The process isn't long. What it requires is that you actually run it.

P.S. —

If you're still here, you already know this is real. You've felt the pattern fire enough times to know it isn't going away on its own. The Anchor Reset doesn't add a layer on top of the problem. It resets the wiring directly. Less than 60 minutes. $27 launch price closes June 15. If you're in, this is the link.
